Raw hair is single donor hair kept exactly as it grew. Each bundle comes from one person, the cuticles are naturally aligned from root to tip, and it is never steam processed, keratin treated or silicone coated. It lifts and holds colour beautifully and, with the right care, can be worn and re-installed for up to five years.

Our virgin hair is made from up to three donors per bundle, aligned by hand and lightly processed (steamed or keratin smoothed on some textures) for a uniform, polished finish. It is soft, low shedding and easy to style, at a more accessible price than raw.

Choose raw if you want hair you will keep, colour, re-install and wear for years. Choose virgin if you want a sleek, consistent finish for everyday installs at a lower price, in straight, body wave, curly or kinky straight. Both are selected to the same standard. Read the full guide

Our raw hair is sourced from Vietnam and Cambodia, and our wider range from Vietnam, India and Cambodia. We work directly with trusted partners and communities, with fair practice and full traceability.

Real raw hair is not mass-produced. We release it in small quantities, only when a selection meets our standard. When a length sells out, we wait for the next selection rather than lower the bar. Message us to be told when it returns.

Each bundle is approximately 100g and double drawn as standard.

Yes, every one. All ATRA bundles are double drawn on the weft as standard, so they are full from root to tip without thin, tapered ends. We never use filler hair, synthetic fibres or floor hair: every bundle is 100% quality human hair.

Yes. Every shade in our pre-coloured collection has matching HD lace closures and frontals, hand-coloured in the same tones as the bundles so your install blends from hairline to ends.

Yes. Take 5% off when you buy three or more pre-coloured bundles, virgin bundles or pre-coloured lace pieces; it is applied automatically in your bag. Our raw three-bundle sets are already priced as a set, and 5% is already taken off every unit.

Yes. Our raw hair can be lifted, toned, highlighted or balayaged. Virgin hair can be professionally coloured to deeper tones such as chocolate, copper, auburn and burgundy. We always recommend an experienced colourist.

Every set is hand-coloured, never mass-dyed, so expect gentle variation from bundle to bundle, just as with real salon colour. Lighting and screens also affect how colour appears.

• Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and deep condition regularly
• Always apply heat protectant before styling
• Detangle gently from the ends upwards with a wide-tooth comb
• On cool blonde shades, use purple shampoo occasionally; avoid it on warm tones
• Store clean, dry and loosely wrapped between installs

It depends on care, wear and installation. With the right care, our raw hair can last up to five years or more. Virgin hair gives long, dependable wear with proper maintenance.

Pre-coloured bundles, lace and units are coloured and finished to order: please allow 5 working days before dispatch. Orders containing both made-to-order and ready items are dispatched together once everything is ready.

Yes. Every order ships signed and tracked. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed and typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. Shipping is £10 per order, and free on orders of £250 or more.

For hygiene reasons, hair and lace are final sale, and made-to-order pieces enter production straight away, so orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right. Returns policy
